As you can see buying organic isn’t too complicated once you get past the initial idea of it being more expensive than regular food. For people on a budget or who don’t want to deal with too much research into what they are eating (such as pregnant women), then going with an entirely organic diet is definitely one way that they can save money while also taking advantage of the health benefits that come along with eating organic foods.
The biggest reason that people don’t eat more organically though isn’t because they aren’t allowed to; rather than thinking about it in terms of cost-effectiveness (which isn’t always a bad thing), people tend to think about whether they like supporting their local farmers when they make purchases decisions on what goes into their bodies. The answer here lies in giving people options; if everyone who wanted an option bought from exclusively organically based companies then there would be enough demand for both brands and prices would eventually drop low enough where anyone could purchase them without having too much trouble finding them at grocery stores or ordering them online. Until then though, sticking with conventionally grown foods will be accepted by society as being healthy enough while also being relatively cheap compared to purchasing strictly organically made foods.
