Lemon – This isn’t necessary but adding lemon gives your tea an extra bit of flavor and makes it more refreshing since lemon juice neutralizes some bitterness found in green teas(7). If lemon juice isn’t available then adding sugar will accomplish the same goal as lemon juice does! Either way its good for your health so enjoy tapping away at those keyboards with lots of lemons! ←- This gets rid of some bitterness ;P
