Matcha Tea vs Chai: Which is the Best Choice for Your Career
If you are a tea lover and enjoy drinking the hot beverages every once in a while, then you might have heard of matcha tea. It is becoming more and more popular and for good reason. Each cup is packed with plenty of antioxidants that are great for your health and can even help you in your career if you choose to drink it during the day. There are many different kinds of tea out there, so which one is best? Well, that depends on what kind of career you have. Here are a few types of teas that you can order when you visit your local Teavana store (if you happen to be near one) and try to find the best choice of tea for your career.
Chai tea is well known around the world as being one of the best kinds of tea out there. With Chai tea, you get a strong black tea that is filled with flavor and can really hit the spot if you need something hot and satisfying.
Matcha tea is very new to the market, but it has lots of potential to become an even better sort of tea than they already produce. With matcha tea, you get the typical taste and feel that you would get from drinking normal black or green tea, but instead of being diluted with water, it is mixed with powdered green leaves called Matcha.
These green leaves give matcha its colour as well as some extra nutrients such as vitamins A and C, fats, minerals and amino acids.
There are many positive aspects to drinking matcha tea, especially during the day. It is high in antioxidants and studies have shown that it can reduce stress levels significantly if you are drinking it during the workday. The caffeine in matcha isn’t too bad either, so depending on how much milk you put in your coffee may depend on whether or not you need to go into work early due to a buzzed state.
Coffee Shop/Gourmet Teas
If working at a coffee shop or enjoying gourmet teas is something that you do on occasion, then chances are high that they have a pretty good selection of chai teas available. In fact, most coffee shops will offer a limited version of chaiTea at least once per day in order to keep everyone happy :). Sometimes going into a coffee shop for work can be nice just to change up your environment and take a break from making serious money online programing jobs etc.. Gourmet teas aren’t too difficult to come by either; just search around online for “best selling gourmet teas” and look at the top 10 results for each company and see what kind of deals they can give you when you order through them. This method has been known to work quite well!
Whether or not you choose to include matcha or chai teas into your daily diet depends largely on how much time you have to prepare yourself each day before leaving for work. If time is an issue, then sticking with more conventional choices (like black or green tea) will likely be best since those require less preparation than say… ordering a speciality drink through text message while driving home from work!
