Matcha Tea Reviews

If you’ve been searching for a good tea, then you might have stumbled upon matcha. Is it worth your time to explore matcha tea reviews? Can this stuff really be that amazing? Well, before we get into all of those questions, let’s take a brief look at what matcha is and how it can benefit your life.

What is Matcha?

Matcha is the leaves from the Japanese green tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Traditionally, only the best parts of the plant were used to make tea, that is until some processed foods came along and stripped away a lot of the nutrients that were in the plant. As time went on, people began to learn that using the whole plant could produce a healthier beverage and that is what inspired them to create Matcha Gaia Company.

How Does Matcha Help You?

There are many healthy benefits that you will get from drinking matcha. Some of these benefits include:

Stress Relief

Let’s face it, we all have lots of stressful things going on in our lives. From work deadlines to personal relationships, everything seems to be running itself and someone else’s schedule. When you drink matcha, you are focusing yourself around something healthy and calm, rather than something unhealthy and stressful. If you need to relieve some stress, or just want to relax before bed, then drinking a couple of cups of matcha will help you with doing both of those things easily.

Depression Treatment

Chronic depression is a massive pain in my butt, and I know that it does not just affect me but everyone around me as well. Thanks to the magical properties of plants and herbs, there are plenty of options out there for treating depression without having to go to a doctor or prescription medication. One method that has been proven to work is called ethnopharmacology , and this method focuses on using ingredients found in nature to cure yourself instead of depending on someone else’s schedule (like a doctor) to do it for you. Matcha fits perfectly into this category as well since it comes from a plant!

Anxiety Treatment

Something that many people struggle with on a daily basis is anxiety. Whether its because they don’t like how they look or they are worried about an upcoming event, anxiety just happens all too often for us non-afflicted folks. Drinking matcha can help ease anxiety and make sure that we can each enjoy life without worrying about what the future holds.

For people with social anxiety disorder or performance anxiety ,Matcha can be very helpful in their day-to-day lives. It doesn’t always cure them but it never hurts to try anything new, right? Even if you don’t have any of these problems myself, I still think that learning about every aspect of life through science and research is kind-of cool so I can understand why other people would want to do this as well!

Energy Booster

We aren’t normal humans anymore;specialized almost beyond recognition when it comes down to energy maintenance. However, when we are eating food (which isn’t quite as good as drinking fresh brewed green tea), then pretty much every aspect of our bodies changes except for our brains which stop receiving nutrients from food approximately three hours after eating C30%D0%V3%. That being said, drinking freshly brewed green tea can give your body the nutrients that it needs even when you aren’t hungry anymore because remember…green tea contains fat which supplies your body with energy!

How Long Does It Take For Your Body To Process Matcha?

Thanks to heavy processing required for digestion purposes;matcha takes quite a while for your body to process compared with other drinks/foods/beings etc…Your body processes roughly 50g (~1 cup) of green tea within an hour or two but keep in mind that this isn’t completely processed by your body yet so half an hour later should be fine too ^_^; If you eat half an hour after drinking your green tea then that means that everything should be fine but sometimes people like having breakfast later than usual so make sure that whatever time period you choose isn’t too late in order for your body digesting the food properly). The longest I have ever gone without eating was probably around three hours (drinking about five cups total) but I usually eat around lunchtime anyways so everything was fine ^_^ .
